## **Bandit level 6**

Connect to the server:

```plaintext
ssh -p 2220 bandit6@bandit.labs.overthewire.org
```

using secure shell to connect to [bandit.labs.overthewire.org](http://bandit.labs.overthewire.org) through port 2220 with the username : bandit6

The question said that the password is stored somewhere in the next level, so i started finding from the root (/)

```plaintext
find / -user bandit7 -group bandit6 -size 33c
```

we find out that the password is located in /var/lib/dpkg/info/bandit7.password

so we just need to display it

```plaintext
cat /var/lib/dpkg/info/bandit7.password
```
